1. Consultation:
We will arrange a time in the evening or on the weekend to discuss your bookkeeping needs and business goals to determine if we are a good fit for each other.

If we both agree to move forward with the proposal I will first submit a signed confidential non-disclosure agreement to you and then I will need read-only access to your bookkeeping records.
2. Proposal:
After I have received read-only access to your bookkeeping records, I will submit to you a proposal engagement detailing the services we agreed upon and pricing.
3. Contract and Payment:
After you have reviewed the proposal and decide to move forward, you can sign the engagement letter, ACH payment authorization form and complete payment to begin our partnership.
4. Partnership:
I’ll need your business information such as logins and read-only access to business accounts to get a profile created in the secure portal.
After this is established, I will show you on how to send and receive documents shared between us.
